The concept of this wallpaper is that Hei is escaping a lab facility when a surveillance camera was able to catch a glimpse of him running away...
The grain with a bit of noise made the impression that it was being caught on video and I added motion blur to make it look like its in motion.

I really like the idea of the wallpaper but I do have a few small problems with it. The yellow stripes at the top stand out a little bit too much for my liking. It might just be that they are too bright or saturated more then I feel they should be because they are distracting my eyes from the character Hei. Second, the text "Caught in the Act" is fairly hard to read. Unless you know what it says you can't really make out all that much. I do like it's placement and look though. Finally a very small gripe and quite possibly one that is just very personal to me is that I don't feel that the font used for the recording time fits. Overall though I do like it.
