This comical vector of Charlotte "Shirley" Yeager from the Strike Witches franchise was a challenge. It started as a stroke-based vector design that was rejected twice and earned me a painful -100 Papers. After a few tutorials, I went back to the original file and traced the line art with fill paths. It was a big difference and improvement from the old version with better quality that allowed me to use this method for other vector design projects.
UPDATE: I have edited the line art for sharpness and straightness. Additionally, there are blurs that were used for the blush on the face and shining areas on the swimsuit.
This vector is a compilation from a larger scan that will be used for a wallpaper design.

Love the vector! She was my fav. char of the series, love her personality. Thanks for all the effort you put into this! If at you first don't succeed try and try again :p as painful as it is sometimes lol

Better yet. You wish will be granted. Just need to sketch the body outside the original image. Then you will get it. XD
