Hey Everyone; >{Note: 1st revision is the Main Wallpaper. If only 1 wall was up it would be that one.}<
As far as I can tell this will be my first wall of 2012. It has been created for Wallpaper Games: Match 14 "Sword". The first strict deadline contest - 2 months. Which means this was created between April and May 2012. Quite a quite work; especially for me.
This is the image I used from the Manga itself and this is the site. Even though I do own the Manga from the re-release now. I did not have it to scan for myself at the time. But I must recommend the Manga to the Sailor Moon Fans who have not yet read it.
As you can tell I had to do a lot with this image in the vectoring process but I wont bore you with all those details but I will explain the way the sword looks. Within the Manga it calls this sword a stone sword. So, without knowing that there really were 'stone' swords made in any era. I went searching and found this image at this site. So, with this dark and colored sword I took the inspiration but in my version I went more of a 'gold' type of a look because I didn't want 'black' and 'gray' or 'silver' was just normal so it was out of the question.
All in all I did do this wallpaper differently then most. I used a lot of granites and used my line colors differently. As well as found myself looking for images of the 'dark world' everyone in the manga was in at the time to try to recreate it somehow.
So, this is what you get. If you like it or not. That is up to you but even if you don't. I'm sure you don't have to be so rude about it.
As for the 'other' revisions. They are of slight changes. Revision 2: is of a lighter 'beaming light'. Revision 3: is of lighter Sailor Venus and lighter beaming light as well. Just to give people what they like if something is to over powering for them.
That is all for this wall. Enjoy! ::Angel::{God/Jesus/Holy Spirit:Ever Present}

Light against darkness, it's a cool concept Angel-chan ^.^ the perspective on the floor is well done and the character is well placed. I like a lot how you did the sword, and I appreciate on how you extended the original scan. Overall, it's a nice composition ^_^
