Hi Guys!
Wanted to create a warm cozy atmosphere so I tried to love it up a bit with warm lighting, gaussian blurs, sparkles and bubbles like it was an ecchi scene! I've not tried to make a wallpaper like this before so it was a little hard, I hope you like it! Leave me some feedb

She looks ready for more than a conversation LOL! I think its quite cute but perhaps it could use a bit more something in the background, maybe put some objects to make it look set in a bedroom or something? I dunno, it's fine I guess.

I think this is just a matter of individual personality, but if you want ecchi it is better to stay away from things like bubbles. You should only use sparkles in the manner that anime traditionally uses them. Most specifically what I mean is that bubbles trend to give a feeling of playfulness. If you want ecchi, you what to create is a feeling of uneasy sex appeal; which can be funny or humorous but it is not playful. Traditionally anime uses devices to show character emotions:
i) a water drop or droplets to show unease ^_^; ii) the hatch-like pattern # on the forehead to show anger iii) sparkles to show that the chara is enamored or attracted. iv) .....
Use the sparkles to show that the girl is not unhappy that the observer is there with her but, don't use the bubbles. Entering into the bedroom of a girl that likes you is usually a fun thing but, not necessarily playful. Play happens if the girl lets you stay in the room after the lights are switched of, and then the scene becomes henti not ecchi.

From the thumbnail it looks very simple, but now I see, that you used some effects and add some details. The blurry effect and the sparkles are really nice, but the bubbles on her face are a bit too much. Maybe you should delete the big one and some of the small. One bubble in her hair would be enough. The colors are also good, it looks quite like an ecchi-scene, but not too persistent. I like it very much, even if I'm not such an ecchi-fan. But I still have one question: We can see one leg of her. Where is the other? Somehow I'm missing it.

I like the general simplicity of the wall, but I think the blur around the character is a bit extreme. You have white clothing on top of a white background, and the line that separates them is blurred fairly heavily. If the character was dropped onto a darker background (or maybe just something with more texture) it would probably help.

For some reason I get a feeling that this is some kind of dream or imagination sequence. I think mostly because of blur and bubbles. I allso feel like it's bit uncomplete. One does not really expect plain background on such well detailed picture.
I do like the wall though. It would certainly be just top of the world coming home to find her in the bed =). So thanks you really much for the wall.

I almost skipped over this because of the blurriness and effects, but I had to go ahead and download it because of the great character design and shading. Perhaps a bit different atmosphere would service the wallpaper better.
