Well ... I started doing this girl for about a month, when I saw this image (and only now decided to finish). In her kimono, I used a very light texture, try to get closer to the original. The scenario I tried to do several times, until I got this. For me, it's still weird, but I decided to send back here anyway, maybe you can help me to give an improved To make this scenario I started with a gradient dark blue, stars and water are brushes, the "sun" or "moon" lens flare is applied and finally an action. ;D

I like how the birds seem to be represented as distant sounds and the sun felt as warm glow. I also like the skin tone of the character. Nice wall!

The character is nicely done but I think she is a bit off from the background, they don't blend in very well. I really love how you concentrate the light on her face and hands in the Revision 1, you can try that for the Revision 2. Also a clearer reflection would made the water a lot more crystal clear. Therefore the wallpaper could be more attractive. Keep up the good work :D
