No one ever did a wallpaper from this scan -- I am surprised. That used to be my favorite and I think the way Kanade sits makes her appear very sexy and mysterious. I added the surreal background to give it a more arcane feeling. I hope I've well illustrated this. Comments appreciated so a revision can be done in the future, if I have the time : )

The sky in the back doesn't fit so well with the whole picture, but it's a damn good idea and a very nice vector.
And I'm gonna /fave it anyway, because it's awesome :D

Cool vector and colors in the wallpaper are creating her mysterious wonderland. The angel is sitting on the lake of deep loneliness and silence. Waves in the background is drawing crying from her heart.

Nicely done on Kanade, love the vector and that go specially to the wing. I do agree the vector and background don't match. What if add some light blur feather? Just an idea :D over all Fav.

Good concept. I feel you can enhance two things...
1.- The sky could have more high-res details... like high luminosity stars or constelations, and the water could also reflect some of them.
2.- There could be two sources of water waves instead of one... the one you have is, where Kanade is sitting, and the other is her feets.
