As I said before. Search for some other style on the internet and develop your own style from there. It's good to have a guide to help you make a wallpaper. This is a way to help you improve. As an artist you must be able to take other people's advice to make yourself better in your art.

Why I even bother to make constructive comments? Anyways, properly and skillfully added effects are prosperous to the image and let the character to look even better without covering anything. Maybe your description should be I didn't added them because I have no clue about walling, good sir. And no I don't like it, just as 99% of the site. I start to suspect that the image acceptance system is broken somewhere.

I totally agree with you, Animepaper is not a quality site anymore tough I like the revision thing, there should be moderators like before. Now everyone make "simple" wallpapers so they can get points to download stuff... why they can't go to any other free scan site like Minitokyo? Instead of filling this nice site with junk...
the best part is when you give them some advice to improve their work they go with the "IT'S MY STYLE" argument

I'm with you guys on this one. As weird as it can seem I actually miss a little of that elitism - in a good way - we had going even last year. Yes, we had to wait a little to see if our work would be good enough, but it was really pleasant to enter Animepaper and see cool pieces of work, not as plain and rough as they tend to be now.
Personally, talking as someone who loves vectoring - and still feels there's a lot to learn about it - I can't like your pieces, I mean, not only do they look flat, but theres something missing. like you started a wall but stopped right at the beggining, added a gradient, and said "this is enough". Sorry if I'm being rude :$

Not bad work, it is a bit plain though. Try to look through other walls or pictures, or even Photoshop tutorials to experiment with some different effects or backgrounds that won't take away from the image you want to show. Overall a nice picture though.

Well since i happen to own a sailor moon cel this is how 1 of the best creators of TOEI and this is how i am trying my wallpapers to look like.
And these r the 2 printscreens from the episode and S movie. I wanted my style to be as close to TOEI as possible since i am drawing Sailor Moon and i really like the result. If you don't like it fine. That's how i want them to be, as they are now.

This is just great! The Moon spiral attacks in the S season have always been my favorite out of all of her attacks. Beautiful wallpaper.

So pretty! Super sailor moon is perfect. I think you could work a little bit more with the background but overall I love it. Don't pay attention to the haters. I don't know if anyone told you that... but you can give "advices" even without being awfully rude. Give it a try.

I've always loved this attack of Sailor Moon's. I like it more than Princess Halation (isn't that the version of this attack were she isnt in super form?) because I've always been a Super Moon fan. I love how it turned out :)
