Sailor Moon Supers and Chibimoon posing. I took the original idea from sailor moon superS tv show and anime. I combined the 2 resolutions together and built the backround from the beginning changing the things i didn't like and adding some more thast would make the scene like coming out of a dream. I hope you like them.

Your wallpaper lacks the most important setting and thats the overall quality.
From the thumbnail first it seemed like a beginners vector wallpaper with the usual "reminds me stroking" outlines, but when I zoomed on it was obvious that this wallpaper is basically a upsized small resolution vexel, which suffered serious pixelation and artefacts by increasing the rasters resolution.(if only some parts or lines would be jagged I would not complain that much, but it goes trough the whole) And thats quite a bad thing, due the fact that your current final resolution is already something pretty low (by the way 1366x768 is much widely used as 1360x768) Usually vexels are created in a initial very large size, which is 2x-3x of the target resolution, which should be something used by the currently sold screens, let's say 1920x1080. Otherwise vectoring is always better as vexeling, due the no quality loss. So to sum it up, I don't want to discourage you by your first submission, but the current setup is something what nobody will put on his desktop, even not a Sailormoon fan, unless he/she has not some mini monitor. Just for testing I stretched on my 24" LED screen and it looks pretty bad with all those pixels. You should aim to increase the resolution of the workfile if you start a project, cause unless is not a shape vector, it will determine basically everything quality-wise. Also your signature is screaming to 2 miles - if you would a bit search trough wallpapers in the gallery, you would see that most artist try to put it in the corner so that it will be covered with the taskbar, and also a better description next time about how you got to the current phase and which images you used for making it (scfans/screenshotts/etc) Somethings is foul, if comments are longer as your actual description. Better luck next time, it takes much more skill to impress regular artists here.

em, i don't beleive you've read the description. I used all these tools on purpose cause i like them that way. The resolution on faces is 100% used from the original cels of the series which i scanned to vector. I used big black lines on purpose cause i wanted to give a more intensive pencil on contrast with the backround which looks like candy, dream like. Sailor Moon series uses absolute lines and absolute colours so i wanted to be loyal to the original creators way of colouring. Backround is made to look like a faint candy you can barely see with your eyes ready to close cause you want to sleep. Overall i wanted to give a sailor moon scene impression, and everyone who knows of sailor moon all these years will immedeately recognize what i am trying to tell. After all Picaso was drawing stupid shapes, but he is 1 of the greatest painters in history. The fact you don't see over what you see doesn't mean there isn't something there. And all the things you describe as failures all bad made work, i call them masterpiece. *and by the way the resolution is my pc's resolution and i like it this way. I just wanted to share my thoughts with the sailor moon fans in this site, that's all. Akiranyo, keep looking, you don't have a clue what i am trying to say, sorry. **And the signature, i just like it that way. Square type, huge and ugly. That's my type. :)

Well, that was a pretty arrogant and rude reply to a Senior Member who was trying to offer you constructive advice. My advice would be to have a little humility and to take on board the advice you are receiving from well respected artists in this community that is AnimePaper, the site you have only recently just joined. We are a 'community' in that we try our best to help each other improve by offering constructive criticism and advice on elements in our work that could be better. This advice most often comes from people who are experienced artists and know their stuff, and are happy to share their knowledge and opinions to new members just getting started. For you to blatantly disregard everything that has been said to you, which I've seen on just about every single comment on each of your walls, is beyond rude in my opinion.
As an artist myself, and a long time member of AP... here is my advice on your wall.
Background - simple to the extreme. Laziness is how I describe this kind of background. There is so much more you could have done here. As for your description of the 'candy' ....wth? Are you serious? I don't see any such thing, what I see is a pink swirl which could be the power swirl of Sailor Moons' 'change' beginning, and some Sakura petals. You have quite the imagination it seems, pity you didn't pour more of it into the execution of your background.
I commend you for one thing, sticking to the Cel style of the original anime, but that's as far as it goes. It looks like you resized the vexel, which has caused quality loss, but seeing as the image is so damn small it's kinda hard to tell. And to be honest it's not a wall that grabs my attention long enough to want to look any harder than this.
As Akiranyo said, it looks like a wall that took you 30 mins to make, and if I had been the staff member to get to these walls first, I would have rejected them.

Thick lines can be accomplished if you use the "fill" tool in Photoshop or even vector masks. Not only are the lines sharper, the ends of lines won't look square. Stroke is fine if you're a new vector artist, but if you want more quality wallpapers/vectors, you need to practice how to make sharper lines.

hmmm... The images that you used itself are not bad. In fact, this combination of Sailor Moon and Mini Moon would be a great wallpaper to put on a desktop. However, it would be nice to see a little more detail. Another thing that bothers me about this wallpaper is your signature. No matter how much I might like the idea behind this, I could never put this on my background because the signature is simply too distracting. I have looked at your other wallpapers and I have read what you wrote, however, no matter how you put it, your wallpapers come across as beginner and way to simple. You should pick scenes that are significant and manipulate them into great wallpapers. Along with this, there should be more choices in resolutions if you want others to use these wallpapers because everyone has various types of resolutions and sizes on their computers. This is a good start and should be worked on even more to make it a better wallpaper. I am not doubting that you did not put in a lot of time and effort into this piece. I am only trying to help you improve. I look forward to see how you progress in the future.

This is one of my favorite poses for these two, nice work!
Don't mind all the rude comments, some people take this stuff way to seriously. It's not a job you're being paid for, it's not a career, you're doing it for fun and to share with fans.

I love the contrast in Sailor Moon and Chibi Moons' faces. I like how you combined two scenes (if I'm not mistaken) to make this picture. It really looks great!
