Well the only reason I'm resubmitting this is because it got rejected because I didn't put a description in the first place. This is Kenshin the way we all know him, as Battousai. He doesn't have his cross shaped scar as yet so you can be sure that that's not a reverse edged sword...

Gloomy colors and light in the wallpaper are drawing tragic atmosphere. They are drawing his own destiny as the warrior in the shadow and the darkness.

You kind of went overboard with the noise, you might want to reduce its effect and make it monochromatic

The overused noise effect makes it looking like watching Kenshin trough some old TV, and in the times when we have HD 1080p and such stuff, I doubt that anybody get caught by it. Textures or grunge would me much more useful and the outcome would be better. Also the scene would require some more shadows (and a bit reddish tone) looking at the color choice of the background colors. And whats important, your description totally lacks imformations - used sources, vectored/not?, your vector/or not?, techniqes/styles? As I said to somebody before you, there is something wrong when basically all comments on it are longer, as your own description. Even if I close one of my eyes, and with the other I look into the row, cannot say that this would be a good wallpaper. Too bad cause a classic like Kenshin would deserve some more effort putted in.
