This is not a stroke vector, looks well the end of the lines before being gossip...

It sure looks like it to me. The ends of the lines are not the only visual cue to tell if it's a stroke vector... they're just usually the first. The uniform line thickness is another.
P.S. The ends of your lines DO have the telltale sign of strokes.
