Lucky Star Loading.... Please Wait....

Finaly finished a wallpaper I started a long time ago. I wanted to make something cheerful and with soft colors and this is my first Lucky Star wallpaper! Really tried to make a loading screen wallpaper, hope I managed at that. I made many versions before ending with this one, one of my other ideas was to give it a more sketchy look but in the end I choose to make it clean and sharp. But if interested I can always upload the ''sketchy'' one too.

The wallpaper itself doesn't have that many layers, only around 40. I worked with gradients (baby blue and baby purple). I used 2 photo filters, star brushes, motion blur, smart sharpen, rendered clouds and another on inverse. After that I worked on the colors and used the eraser tool on soft opacity to erase bits to give it a sparkly feel. I used the rectanglar tool to make bars to create the frame for my ''loading.... please wait....'' I also made a loading bar but in the end I got rid of it as it stood out to much.

I used the default paintbrush to create the water like flow on the leftside of the wallpaper. The radial blur was used (in moderation) to give the stars a feeling of movement but not to much that it would be bothersome to the eye (I hope o.o''). Lastely I made a little platform for Konata-chan to sit on, I used a simple shading filter without anything fancy.
