The vector is quite nice, clean and crisp if I must say so. I also love the subtle gradients that you used to blend in the colors of the character. I've nothing against the color of her clothes although her skin and hair seems to be a bit muted/washed out for me. Maybe it's just the background or just me. LOL. I've noticed the stroked parts in her hair and it doesn't give off that nice, sharp and pointed edges----just the way a lineart should be. Other than that, it's a pretty decent vector. :D

I rather like the red.

I don't get why must the white out line :/

Also can you provide png with transparent / no background.

I added a PNG image with a transparent background (Revision 2).

I also added a black & white (Revision 3). If you have Adobe Illustrator, you can use the "live trace" option. Then you can color this using the colors you want.

This is cool wind right, jumped up and looks very energetic, I also want to such a girl do girlfriend-too bad she's not close, ha ha.. Background color very accord with this symbol of the sky
