I submitted two revisions with different in textures and some in the brushes, I made it with my mind in the second one as a final product, but then I thought of other people opinions, and now the first is little brighter and more color in the texture (not that much though) :P, I hope you enjoy and I will try to get another project done soon :)

Altough the (guess) grunge background is made decently, there is some pretty basic problem there which makes it unappealing as a desktop wallpaper - the fact that despite being a close-up from Sanji, the character is basically a mere silhouette and to me at such a size is just like a big black blob. Maybe it could be smaller and rather relace the text above him, cause now it has a pretty bad location on the left, but if you want my 2 cents is always better to go with a fully visible character, though for a real close-up you need a seriously high resolution render or starting to gasp vectoring/painting at least to mediocre level. Also for a lover wallpaper is quite dark and emits a really depressing mood.
PS. Also I don't really recommend to use stroking arround characters, unless is not some of those abstract textart pieces.

Ya I thought of that after I submitted it, when I looked at it closely regarding the aspect of how well the effects are done, I figured out how this wall is "dead" , Sanji as a character is known for being active and "pinkish", not dark atmosphere, but I will make sure to get it right next time! thnx..

Looks appealing to me, as I enjoy slightly vague images like these. But the text on the left should be moved because, if this is a background, icons are usually arranged on the left, right?
