Hi guys! Playing around with CS6 today, nothing much different in it! Still wanted to make a wallpaper. I wanted to make Asuka look a little emo today so I tried to fade and smudge her out a little and do some grunge type effects. I really liked the original image! Eva has some of the best art! Anyway hope you enjoy my wallpaper! Feedback appreciated!

Good title, cause the background is again not there... If you use a render or a vector of a other artist, the main work should be done by making a suitable background, and here is basically (again) blank. There is a little grunge there, but with a such strong bright background is barely noticable, on other hand the rough edges of the render are quite noticable.(ever tried to use feathering on the edges?) Of course don't take it in a way of badmouthing or telling you off or something. I'm barely stating that you each time ask for feedback, we (who comment in a contstructive way) are each time telling you that you need improve the background and each time there is no change in them. Particularly this Asuka render would go very well with a bright textart style (thats my 2 cents) You can make any ammount of those walls, just notice that the serious artists get more downloads on one wall as you on 10. Coincidence or skill? I would say is the later.

I don't consider the lack of a background a bad thing, hell, nowadays the wallpapers I make for my self usually have just a solid color in the bg, or a gradient. However, there's definitely something lacking, I can't really say what though. Softening the edges and making Asuka blend into the background here and there would probably help it improve, just like some person above said.
