The dragon actually fits the image, but at the same time it doesn't. I mean, the stroke lines are thicker than the main images, so it kinda pops out... which is kind of funny because I like the effect on it. The lighting effect looks beautiful too, the only thing I really don't like is the texture you applied. gr8 work though ;)

about the dragon, it seems pretty natural being there untill you mentioned it, maybe you could have moved the characters more to the left? and gaussian blur the dragon out a little more to show that it's in the background. the bigger problem is probably the diagonal little lines in this whole wall, I really think it'd look 100000x better without them. Since what made me click on this was the nice hue from the lighting and how "clear" the image looked.

Nice vectorisation and effects applied. Yes, after you mentioned the dragon, now it felt a bit weird. The dragon looked too blurry and if it only to occupy the space vacant by the main characters, I think it is better removed as it really did not fit in the frame quite well. Maybe placing the seven dragon balls instead of the dragon itself will make the wall look much more better. Just my suggestion though. But overall, love the wall. Thank you.
