So, this one I did just 'cause I loved the image. my pen tablet, broke so I can't vector whole images , like I usually do, and so I decided to Go after some manga image. I had this one downloaded like 2 years ago and never figured what to do with it, since I never even saw it on any other wallpapers, signs or whatever... so I used the always reliable Crescent Moon, and reconstructed the skirt, which was half cut. Then I started to look at the whole concept and thinking it was kinda... flat. I mean, just her, the moon and some stars? nah. I started coloring her, then made some transparency adjusts with the skirt, to make it look semi transparent, and I realized it would look really good with tokyo under her, I mean, she lives in and protects tokyo. I googled up some landscapes, and fused 2 of them to create that one, and to finalize it, added some bokeh, and some stars to make it look kinda bright yet not too bright. I really liked the overall result, but I'm opened to suggestions anytime ;) (BTW The credits are near her face, if you miss it)
