I made this wallpaper a while ago. I used text, blur, lighting, gradient. It took about five hours. I quite liked the result.

I like what you have here, the lighting and colours are working very well together and the focus is right on her face. However even from the preview I can't help but wonder if the character was stretched horizontally x.x Other than that it might have been nicer if the text was slightly larger and moved to the right and up a little bit so the focus is more spread out in the wallpaper.
