I'm pretty sure it was mentioned before that it looks like your submitting to the wrong section in AP. But again you haven't supplied the vector without a the bg, one of the reasons for vectors are for people to use and not to go through the hassle of editing out the scan, or if they arent all that good at vectoring them selfs yet. I would suggest uploading the vector a bg less png and upload your bg version to wallpapers, kill two birds with one stone.

Revisions are supposed to add different versions (alternatives) of the same vectored character, like with/without background or different color schemes for the clothing AND NOT SHOWING YOUR PROGRESS. If you want to show that to our members, please use external linking like Photobucket,Tinypic or etc. Also your linework needs a lot of work, they are a way too thin for such a close-up scene.
