Except some blur effects I don't see anything what you did with this, just pasting the vector of somebody else on a already existing background. Also the difference in art is way too big between the character and the surroundings. Proper walling should involve a little more effort as this, you cannot polish own skills like "I take the vector from this guy and I take the BG from this scan" and paste your name on the end as "the awesome artist"
