Well done, it took you a week but you finally managed it.

Good vector, considering this one to be your second you are a lot better then me. the only thing i can point out is the blur on eyes seems a little to heavy and the belt without outline (its not an error, just seems little off), thanks for sharing this

It was kinda good looking from the preview, I need praise the job with their skin, but when I zoomed on fullview, quite a number of flaws appeared. Your main problem are the lines, they are often really jaggy, and I'm not really sure how can this happen by something of 4500 pixels height, but they are very noticable mostly by the swimsuits. Already by 2000 pixels it should look good, even if PNG/JGP, assuming the fact that you use shapes/Pen Tool with anchor points to make your vectors. Also there is a lot of laws in the line thickness, often a way too thick and sometimes almost dissappearing. Secondly, coloring. Just as you did a good job with skin, and the swimsuits are fair looking too, the hair on other hand lacks a lot. The shadow on the hair is merging with the outlines, and is way too bright. Yes, something similar - merging color with outline is done by vector artists, but they apply trough the whole image, and you just did on the hair. And as I told, is too bright. A shadow cannot be brighter as the dark tone. Common anime hair has 4 coloring bases - main color(base) - small light shapes (glow) - dark tone (the dark parts) - shadows (the darkest, usually arround the bottom parts) Not at least, the leg of Mizore is off. I haven't seen the original source, but is unlogically thin and is like missing the bone in the middle.
