Well normally I dislike saying the same thing twice but... please, revisit your line work. I'm getting the impression that the whole vector's lineart is stroked; there is zero variation in thickness. Just doing something as simple as using shapes for your lineart can immensely improve your vector's quality. Lines are still a bit "bumpy" and can use some more natural curves. The colouring unfortunately took a step backwards in comparison to your previous vector, I was hoping you'd work on improving your gradient skills. Judging from your previous vector, I know you have potential so just keep at it.

On another note, quality > quantity.

I'd have to agree completely on this. It's pretty obvious the line art is all strokes, which is pretty sloppy regardless. You need to be able to better control the smoothness of your line art with efficient use of nodes. All the colors may be shapes/fills, but when your linework is purely strokes, it just looks really shoddily done.
