The hell man? No ventriloquism? No horse action? This does Mayucchi no justice at all.
So Mayucchi + Saber = Unlimited CrimsonCyanide Dream works. I tried coloring this before, but I kept going outside the lines and was ready to throw my monitor out the window. I'm glad to see that you were all over that. Seriously though, it's nice to see you incorporating your talent into these pieces. I seriously don't know what else you'll pull out of your sleeve, but you've seriously got a talent for artwork in itself. I'd be curious to see you do something on your own, cause the way you were able to merge Mayuuchi into Saber was just brilliant in my opinion. While Glass didn't like the removal of the markings, I actually really like it. I look at this piece as Mayucchi happened upon Saber's gear and decided to use it and go to town on whoever opposed her. Cause you know, using a broadsword is just like using a katana. Love how the grunge style textures gives the armor and Mayucchi some added texture as well. My only question is there? Where is alternative, blush-Mayu version?
Background itself is a fantastic throwback to grunge wallpapers. Keeping is two-color and having a stronger focus on texture really adds a great deal to this piece. The blue compliments the outfit nicely and helps push Mayu to stand out a bit more and the glow from behind gives that extra stance of oomph. However, I especially love the fact that it escapes a lot of problems the first generation of grunges faced, which was nothing but dark colors. It proves a lush piece can still have that grunge feel without drowning in a sea of black.
I love the simplism of your pieces. Just a character and a background. It proves that even the old style can still go more than a long way and carry a piece nicely. Everything with Mayu is nicely detailed, especially that sword. Hot damn. This is a sharp piece.

Yeeha! This is one dynamite wall with Mayucchi as Saber. With that, we'll all be damned. o7

Oh wow, you did a spot on job replicating her "smile" face! Definitely love the combination of characters and the color gradients.
The only little thing I noticed are the sword seems a bit flat since the actual cutting edge of it doesn't seem to show any real lighting difference.

You are really good at making changes to the original, the face is really funny! It totally fits, love the style too! The shine and color scheme (I am not very good at dark, I think its harder to pull off) is really good too!

this actually started as a random drawing experiment (I tried combining the heads and bodies of different characters) and then I decided it'd be fun to wall this lol. thanks for the compliments :)

This is a bit different from your previous works. There's a lot of texture and a lot more effort was made to pull off the shading. This is the type of stuff I'd like to learn how to make (shading I mean). I like how the light bounces off the sword and sort of reflects from a lens at the right hand side of the wall.
On a side note, the guy commenting a few boxes away was somehow frustrated in not being able to convey his feelings. Rarely do I see "frustrating" walls. Maybe it's drugs. Beer does that too.
As the great descendants of Mactan warriors would say, "Kuyawa uy!"
BTW. I have no idea who Mayucchi is

Why thank you bro! Yeah I had better control about lighting this time since It was a custom piece and everything was done from scratch. I have little to no experience in digital painting so this one was scary and rewarding at the same time. and about that guy who is frustrated, at least he's honest lol
BTW I offer "shiny object in photoshop" tutorials in exchange for beer.

To be honest, I don't quite like the expression on her face. While Mayucchi's "smile" might look scary (especially when she's not comfortable with the person she's smiling to), the face in this wall just looks sinister and downright evil, which is rather a huge departure from Mayumayu's personality. It's as if she devoured the darkest parts of Momo and is now letting it show on her face. I am also rather disconcerted with the brown hair (isn't hers green), which makes her look rather manly?
(and no Matsukaze? I love that guy. I mean horse. ;_;)
