Hello there, it's me again.
This time I bring something simpler, with careful scan selection. Another accursed starry sky, but this time its hand-made, oh the power of guides. I really didn't know which should I prefer, so I leave the choice to you guys. Plain or glowy, help yourself. This is my first time vectoring an apple. I DL-ed the scan from elsewhere, but I appreciate devastatorprime's upload.
Mad props to CrimsonCyanide for recommending the series, and for putting up with me while giving advices.
Enjoy,rate,comment. Thank you!

This comment is in regards to the first version.
So biggest thing I've gotta state, is that you've already shown great signs of progression with this wallpaper. Only being your fourth entry, you've definitely made a lot of headway in the past 3 weeks. With that said, this is by far your best work yet.
First starting off with Hakuto, I actually like what you've done with her. The lighting some of her hair and skin give a great impression that she's being hit from behind with light from the moon. By accenting her eyes, we're drawn to her face and slowly progressing from there, which makes it a nice tough as well. I really like how it looks on this wallpaper. While if you went with a more realistic lighting, she wouldn't be illuminated nearly as much as she is, but I like that because she's the accent piece of the wallpaper. Making her darker would cause an even greatly focus onto her eyes and to me would just throw off the balance of the piece itself.
As for the background, I like how you kept the silhouette idea that the scan had and expanded upon it. By substituting the background into your own creation, and expanding on the right side as well, you've turn the piece into something of your own now while still preserving the original concept. I think the starry sky itself turned out much better this time in comparison to the previous work. I like how it's a bit darker too and it's got personality as well. Upon reflecting a bit further on the piece, I'm still not sure if the lighting in the background that simulates moonlight is too bright or not.
Definitely a step in the right direction. You did a great job evolving this piece and more importantly, show that you've got the patience to take feedback and strive towards improvement. I really like how this looks on a desktop! Great work, Glass.

The idea is nice, but it's way too simplistic. What I'd suggest is that you put more of those windows, and mabye a lable. Also, I do not see a connection between the vector and the background, but I think adding more windows will reveal the brighter color of the skies and fit more with her grey clothing. I sound a little harsh like always but well done, Good Job :)

Red is a bold color to go with but I think you pulled it off well! My favorite part is the glowing orbs, it makes it really pretty. Great work extending her hat! The vector is super clean too! Great work this is a good step up in your abilities!
