Kiryu Moeka actually sings? xD Maybe you should "cut out" the source of light, because it's painful to look at this wall. Try to put a text on the right empty side.

an interesting observation about the light that Bek's comment got me on to: your lightsource and shadows on Moeka herself don't quite match up; she appears more front-lit than back-lit. whatever. I do like the visual effect that's especially prominent in the big blank blue spots (i'm guessing it's a filter or something?). In regards to putting text to fill up the blank space--i'm not sure i'd like it with text, it does a fairly good job without, but i'm not saying to just leave the spaces blank. maybe some sort of detail about her environment or something; it doesn't have to be complex or anything, just enough to fill up the blanks.

all in all, i like where this is going, and with a few extra touches i think it could be a real hit. The world needs more Steins;Gate walls!

Is actually a interesting proposal, you take a full advantage over the original scan which is good, if you look for Minimal this is good, but if you like this and you don't know what to add, if it's permited, yes, you can add more to this, various kind of graphisms, hard fractals, grunge, typographical wallpaper, lighting camera effects, etc. each effects alone make a good composition, This one scene presents various. I think one of the most importants thing about walls is the distribution, the way you placed her, she is not in the middle, neither completely to the left side, so is weird if the user normally use the left side of the desktop, if you move the wall to the right, would be better for desktop usage, then the lighting goes to half, less bright, better view, would be nice to be bold and add some of your taste to it because there is not much difference this to the original. I don't mind if it's not vectored, it have a nice texture over it, her eyes looks sharp and have some inked blur around. Keep up!
