here's a magna carta wall. there's so many characters to choose from but when i saw him i totally pictured him somewhere in a city, chilling against a wall somewhere. i was trying to go for a down-town japan kinda feel. i made quite a few changes from the original: lol, i had flipped the bg the wrong way and the writing was backwards. so i had to fix that. the scan was too small and too much emphisis was placed on the bg (which was way too blurry), so i repositioned pretty much everything and made the wall more to scale. found better graffiti text. it was suggested i put a truck in there to explain the yellow light along his (our) right side, that turned out better than i had expected.
took about a week to make it, alot of the time was spent looking for the stock photos i wanted and generally just making tweaks. there's approx. 20 layers. stock photos are from imageafter and i'm not sure where i got the scan.
thx for the help in session zero, specially you blu3angl, you really stuck it out to the end with me ;P i would've liked to get more feedback for this wall before submitting but i'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

this is a cool wallpaper! the background is really nice with the truck and the light shining at the guy just chilling by the walls. looks awesome!

I actually love the idea. Great technique of waling, my applause ^^ In my opinion, the light looks kinda unrealistic, but fit with bg very good. It's amaazing.

yeah it changed a bit from session zero. It is very strong and the feeling of the wallpaper is very well able to be seen. The technique is amazing and the brushes are cool(fave)

His one arm looks like it's just floating in the arm to me but i could be seeing things because i did just get up lol. The color looks great and i love the japanese/chinese lettters you have added. I don't know what one they are cause I can't read eather of them :D

I think it's pretty cool with the background and everything. The only thing is that the Manga Carta Rulz! thing looks kind of out of it. Also, you said "...down-town japan kinda feel". But isn't Magna Carta Korean? Unless you meant otherwise lol.

awsome wallpaper. But I hate to say this but I think that character is from War of Genesis III. Another game with characters drawn by the same artist. but still awsom wall!

This is really a great wallpaper, the blending is done so well. I don't usually like 'landscape' wallpapers, but this one works very effectively.

Yup this character is from War of Genesis III Part 2, named RedHead. I actually have this game and therefore seen this illustration, but I never thought you could incorporate it into a background. Great job on making him look as if he's leaning on the wall, the one arm hanging off a little is barely noticeable.
