I admit that when I first saw this wallpaper, I thought that it's kinda refreshing and a nice way to incorporate the characters into that kind of concept. I agree with @mirtillo that you come up with neat and amazing ideas for a wallpaper (like in your last one, the "Eye-machine"----------that one totally caught my attention as well) ALTHOUGH it lacks that finished look/quality to it. OR sometimes, the idea is there but somehow, there's something missing to it. I also noticed that some of your vectors have colors bleeding out the outlines or sometimes the shapes just don't match. Don't get me wrong, you have this kind of style (although I'm not sure what to call it. LOL) but you have to do it more and improve on it to make your walls better. :D

Again, like in your last wall, the "Eye-machine", it really is an eye-catcher if I must say so. The color scheme works well together. But my only gripe about it is that the edges are too jagged.

Anyway, back to your wall, the overall concept is really nice but when you mix a real image with a vectored image, you somehow need to blend them together in such a way that it isn't too noticeable that one image is real or vectored. You could've at least added some textures on the billboard to make it look like a real billboard so that it would blend beautifully with the stock image that you found. Also, the letters "VOGUE"----------was it really intentional that they are overlapped like that? And that they are somewhat transparent? In addition to the billboard/advertisement feel/look to it, you could add some spotlights underneath to actually highlight the billboard/characters.
