After only 21 months, I'm back with my next Inner-Senshi wallpaper, this time Sailor Jupiter. I kinda thought I would be back earlier and with a different wallpaper, buuuuut, the other WIP was/is Sailor Mars and I still can't get those stupid flames to look decent, so that'll be a while ^^°
Quotes that come to my mind when I see this wall are (thus the title) 1) "Dont call me Shocker" 2) "PI-KA-CHU!" 3) "The day we met, there was static in the air" 4) "I had a forth one, but I forgot" :P
Basis for this was a scan that I traced with my mighty bamboo fun and then vectorized. Changes I made to the original are: Facial expression, corrected/changed some outlines, tinkered with the chain members, and added a bit of a "torn clothes" thing to it (from what I remember, their clothes DID have a tendency to tear when they fought, so I guess it's ok :P). Mainly, I wanted to go for something of a "in the middle of a fight" or "in the middle of an attack" feeling with this and I'm actually quite happy about how it turned out so, hope you enjoy it, too and... See you with the next Wall (which will probably either be Mars or Mercury)!

This is really stylin! Love the noise effect filter around the electricity! The echoing line effect is really neat too, combined with the nice shapes in the background this looks really pleasing in my eye area!

AaAaaouch i just got Shocked by her :P. This is a nice detailed wall, i like those lightning and the vibration effect around Makoto, the only thing that i think looks dull in this is the chain around her, it looks somewat flat to me as compared to her crown. But still it looks good

Yeah, I tried some effects on the chain, but it either looked weird or was simply too much. So in the end, I only made it glow a little (the result being what you see^^°)
