Very good, the character looks very cute but in a serious way, I love it :) The background is a good work, I think the light on the 2nd makes a great different, it improves a lot the wall atmosphere... Anyway thanks for one more wall :D

Beautifully done! I love her clothes, and just the overall scheme. However, this may sound weird, but I actually like the small details, such as her hands, and her feet. Its not a fetish by any means, but a lot of times they are too often "secondary" to say... the breasts/butt, and even the small differences can look exaggerated. But here, I feel it was done perfectly, the size/length wise, as well as the dips and shadows, to the manicure on her hands. Beautiful =]

my god, the 2nd scan is stunning. I was like looking at the "Fine Lame" and was like Ok... then i looked closer and was amazed. Well Done with the changes.

I really love the way the sun has been made to shine through that shoji screen. That is a nice creative touch.

Love the character design. You did good on the background. All in all, a fantastic wallpaper. Also, I have a sweet spot for kimonos.

This was very nicely done. I really like how you extended the scan as well as redid the lighting for the scene. Cleaning up and introducing a background beyond the window really improved the mood for this wallpaper. Most of the background is quite simplistic but it isn't necessarily a bad thing since it draws more attention to the character herself. That being said, the floor is a bit too much on the plain side and really has an odd perspective in comparison with the [solid] black wall. You may just be sticking to the scan but I'm getting the impression of hardwood in your wallpaper while it is really seems more like tatami in the scan. Another thing is that light source in Revision 2 which seems way too bright coming from behind the screen. Other than that... nothing much to say about your vector since it's still of superb quality. Good work nonetheless.

i really like your walls and your ability to vector and color well, just wish you knew how to use a simple noise filter when extracting the image to help control banding.

First thing first: WOW! I love the color scheme. It is just so soothing. I like her pose and the ribbon. Everything's in its right place. One thing that distracts me (a little) is the color of the ribbon. It's so different from the red/orange/pink color scheme. But, oh well, it's still beautiful. I also love that flower in the floor. Everything's really well done. I also like the lighting. Job well done!

i really love the background and the character., nice one!

this is some masterpiece you have created. I really love the details and the flowers you have in the corner. the bling bling thing on the sword makes a huge difference so the second revision is a lot better than the previous one. One thing that could be improved, is the outside (outside the window) it does look kind of plain and empty with only 1.5 trees and some light. why not add a forest and houses and a pond? another thing that would be exciting to see is if the squared window and the background itself, could be blurred just like in the scan.

Can't go wrong with cute girls and japanese swords! Althou using lens flares with this theme looks unnatural to me, still, admirable level of skills vectoring that scan.

(I might add that the rice paper wall's lattice should have used some blurring, since it's too sharp and thus looks very artificial in the composition.)
