This...could've honestly been much better than what it turned out to be. The main problem with your wallpaper is that almost every element (save for the text and circles) is pixelated because you enlarged the images to fit the resolution you wanted; if you can't improve the quality of the stock images you're using, stick to lower resolutions (but better image quality) rather than larger ones (and, as a consequence, low quality images).

Lastly, I suggest staying away from system fonts or similar-looking fonts, they look cheap and thrown in there because you couldn't be bothered to look up a font that looks better. If you want to keep the text, try arranging it a bit differently and place it more to the center, as it throws off the overall balance. The concept you have is good, it's the execution that falls short. Use better quality stock images or create your own abstract backgrounds - there are lots of tutorials and custom brushes out there, just search for them - and you'll definitely have a solid work on your hands. Very interesting, I like the texture on Kirito, it definitely gives it a sort of game-model feel.

The artifacts in the background are also interesting, I like the abstract quality of it.

The only thing I would nitpick on here is the text. It just seems very plain, and the different in text between Art and "Sword / Online" looks a bit awkward.

i like the Character it self. But the background and SAO Font is kinda weird for me its like they're not matching the character. but its still Good. :)

I think the color is still lacking, it is still too pale, not dark and also no less, according to my lack of contrast in this work. I like the lines contained in the background, but unfortunately opacity is still lacking, even better if the line is given the abstract rainbow color gradient.

It's not all bad. I mean, I like the galatic background and the 'aura' you gave Kirito was nice. Try perhaps find a vector of SAO title for the title instead. Please do one with Asuka!! :D
