A friend challenged me to vector a low quality screencap of a Panty & Stocking episode and make a wallpaper out of it. Challenge accepted! XD;
I tried to follow the colour scheme of the original, fixing the blurriness. The glow effect was added to give it a magic touch, since it's a transformation scene.
Vectored used Inkscape and resized using Photoshop.

It looks good man! The color scheme definitely is close to the original. However, there are a few things I must point out. The part of her skirt or fluff on her right thigh is there suppose to be any shadows there? It seems sort of.. flat but that may just be me. Also the glow effect you added is nice but it's really hard to notice. I'm pretty sure all these are just personal preference though. Overall, I like it. Good job! :)

The skirt is like that in the original screenshot. I did try to add shadows, but it didn't look good. About the glow, dunno, I can see it just fine. My monitor is really bright, though, maybe that's why.

great job with that ! although i would like to point out that the lines are a bit too thick and heavy , and the shadow on the chin could also use a lighter shade of color~

Yeah, it was on purpose, I tried to preserve the cartoony aspect of the show, with thick lines and bright colours. XD;
