Welcome Wall Viewers!!
First I'd like to dedicate this wall to a closer family wedding that happened on July 27, 2012.
Second this wall was created for Match 12: Bride Wars! @ Wallpaper Games. And remember anyone can join the group at anytime and participate in our many many Matches.
Third will be a short thanks to @Mirtillo creator of the "Bride Wars" Match; in letting me have enough time to finish this wall. I do hope it was worth the wait.
Fourth and final will be about this wall. Sadly, I haven't enough time or effort in me at this time to effectively explain all of what happened in and during this wall's almost 2 year creation as some like to read about wallpapers. I'll say in short when I started I bite off more then I thought with this one. It wasn't suppose to turn our so detailed in the original plan but one thing lead to another and then another. To the final product you see before you. As great in details as it can seem to be. I know that it is not perfect by any means. Nor will I probably be able to make it. So, if your looking for perfection I am sorry to disappoint because you will be and I am sure you are. But if your looking for good effort and a splendid scenic wall. Then I believe you have found it but the choice is all up to you. But for me I am pleased with the wall. If I wasn't believe me it wouldn't be here for you to enjoy.

First thing, is what did you base this off of? Source material is the best way for us viewers to get a good understanding of what you did. You've got a small footnote about the manga panels, but if possible try to provide links for us. Otherwise we, the viewer, end up having to scavenge around in order to see the fruits of your labor. It's the same with the stained glass, and the background itself. Did you completely compose the scene from scratch? Did you base off of a photo, or something else? I don't mean to sound nit-picky, but this information is infinitely helpful for us to get a glimpse upon the magnitude of work you put into it, and in a lot of cases can change ones opinion one a piece of work. Especially when it's a big production like this.
So first off, wow. When you said you bite off more than you could, you weren't kidding. Challenging ones self isn't a bad thing. Far from it! It's definitely good to have things in life that push us forward, and I feel like this piece is just that in terms of your artistic ability. You really pushed past and beyond with this. Sailor Moon is definitely the shining star of this piece. From the detail of her hair, the roses, to the pattern on her gloves and head-dress-thing-that-I-can't-remember-what-it's-properly-called, you really pushed yourself with making her the stand out piece. Of course, what bride shouldn't stand out on her wedding day. However, it's because of this great detail to her that the rest of the Sailor Scouts sadly suffer in comparison when compared to Moon's quality. I feel that both Mercury and Jupiter are a bit better off than what Mars and Venus were, so I can only assume that it was around this point that was starting to push your limits. Nonetheless, I am glad that you added them in there, for the scene itself would of felt incredibly empty with just Sailor Moon in there.
For the background itself, I find it rather enjoyable. I'm glad you went with a symmetrical style design for the architecture of the building. When it comes to the foreground pillar and the structure with the stained glass, they are definitely the highlights of the piece itself. They are beautifully designed, have a nice texture to them and look fantastic. The inclusion of text upon the glass itself was also a very nice touch too! However, it seems the further things get in the wallpaper, the more the quality starts to dip. I like the brick wall in the background, but I can't help but to feel that it pales in comparison to how elegantly designed the rest of the scenery is. Also, the grass and trees themselves definitely stand out too. I believe you used a brush for those? If not, my apologies, but by far the toughest thing to recreate and definitely the lowest point on the background, but by no means is it truly a blotch on this piece.
Overall, I honestly would be curious to of seen what it would of been like had you more time to complete this piece. Honestly speaking, it feels like it's on that 80% mark. It's just nearing complete, and it can see the finish line, but it's not quite there yet. Nonetheless, you should be proud!

Well, I'll try not to repeat what Cy said, since most of it's what I wanted to say too. I'll just give you a few tips in the form of a list:
If you're going with Stroke Path, erase the tips so as to make them look sharp. The way they are now, they make the characters lose realism and emphasize on the 2D a lot. Not to mention the piece doesn't flow as it should when you use round tips.
Mercury looks the best and I love Jupiter's hair, but Mars's face stands out - and not in a good way. If the original image lacks detail or the details are too small to make out, use additional images of the characters to help you reconstruct the faces if you can't do it from scratch. There's no shame in that. Also, Mars, Jupiter and Venus lack eyebrows.
I love the walls. I have nothing to nitpick about them.
The stained glass, however... Let's try it this way: look up images of stained glass windows and you'll notice they don't have very strong colors during the daytime; this happens only when you're inside, the interior is dark and the sunlight is passing through them. Logically, this scene being solely outside, you'd have duller colors. Aside from that, stained glass has texture. I'm not saying you should include big, obvious textures (you shouldn't, since the glass is too far away to see them properly), but they should have something - it won't be visible when you first look at the big picture, but it will be when you start focusing on specific parts of the wallpaper.
And two final points about the stained glass: first, try to vary the designs and include more details. Stained glass windows feature lots of details and meaningful scenes (or geometric shapes), and don't usually have empty space. Second, I like that you made it semi-transparent; that's a nice detail.
I would honestly have given this wall a pass if it weren't for the windows. The other things I mentioned aren't that important, but blending colors is a must. The way those windows are now, they look like you made the wall in Photoshop, then switched to MS Paint to color them. Spend more time on your wallpapers, don't rush things and practice a lot before you post something you're not too familiar with (something you're doing for the first time).
