my only thing is that the gray part of the characters look "stoned", and the noise doesn't really go with the soft colors of the colored parts of the characters..

Aww this is really cute and sweet! The snapshots of the heads makes everything just so...cute. :D and it really adds a nice dash of color to the entire picture - although I wish the background wasn't desaturated but a warm light sepia color, just to give a little bit more life to this wallpaper. but I understand that you want the focus to be on the girls, not the nicely textured background. although I'm not too fond of this kind of font, I have to say it suits the wallpaper. good job! :D

This is a very cute chibi wallpaper. I like the little boxes of color around each of their heads, since the rest of the wall is in B&W it brings attention to those parts of it. Cool idea.
