I made this simple wallpaper using Photoshop CS5. I also made the vector (I will upload this later) in Illustrator. I chose to show wind magic because it's Belldandy's specialty.

The vector is beautifully done, congratulations. =) One thing for future wallpapers: It's good to work on the background too. otherwhise it just looks like a pasted image in a random background and it spoils the charm of your vector. Try to create a bg that gives the idea of space, that inserts your vector in a context! =)

buena vectorizacion, solamente el relleno de colores te falta un poco mas para que te salga con mas vida los colores pero en el futuro lo lograras. y el fondo esta bien pero tu puedes, gracias por el trabajo.

The main problem of this wall is the lighting. Since the light is at the back of the character, the edges of vector should have the light. But the background was beautifully painted and the vector was really clean and nice. I also notice that the hands seems that glow too much that it dont look like some sort of magic is being casted. Overall, it nice but it will look better if you could fix the lighting of the vector to blend well with background.
