Elfen Lied Queen of Spades

A quite original wallpaper, I really like it :) And finally a use of that scan. I don't think I've seen it in another wall.

Damn it looks really good - I love it! Love the pile of cards fx - look almost touchable. The main image is a bit small but still very well done like always. I really like your duplicate blending technique, looks awesome, I have to try your tute properly one day :)

Prolly could do without the transparent hollow spades on the inner corners of the cards. The outer glow on the hair looks almost like unclean extraction *cough* - lol! Love the bandages and blood splatters - phoenix at her best :)

wow definately the queen of hearts here, lucy that is. luv the gothic style bg of yours, and i think it match the card and the scan well together with the colour scheme. nice job on the bandages and the blood splatters hehe, the bandages looks well with the blood coverings, :p and they covered up lucy's body nicely. some problems though, noticed some jagged edges at the left sides on the 2 cards below. the bg was plain, but it brings out the theme and stressed on lucy well.

whoa is the best word for this incredibly original, the idea rules 10/10, id even give it 12/10 well executed, but yea reversedges right, those cards have some evil toothed edges simple and still very strong captures lucys dark inner world and two personalities the idea is worth gold this wall is an icon for an EL fan like me

That's one really good idea for a wallpaper and I really like how you put the card against a black background. That way it doesn't take away from the coolness of the card itself. And I do like that she is the queen of spades, it fits her much better than any other card. I just read a story called "Queen of Spades" and the title sure could fit Lucy! Thanks for sharing!

what a nice idea, it's really simple but very orginale like all is saying here... have seen some EP of this anime, and this wall really show what a wird anime it's, i don't meen that the wall is not great, no, but it's fit the anime type... -_-... was this the wall you didn't have any idea to use to finsh it? my bad english -_-.. ok great work :)

Awesome idea for a wallpaper ^_^ Lucy certainly is a queen in her own right... and her character is one of my favorites in the way you just cant help but feel her pain. The card itself is layed out nicely, the image subtle yet powerful enough to get the scope across... and the blood on the center calls forth another hallmark of the series. A very well concieved piece, keep it up ^_^

I like it; it's different and very pretty and well-done. I think you could make the top left hand corner of the card, with the Q, a little darker, but it's great as is XD

ano... it looks beautiful. I hope you're not depressed or anything. I really love the show of Elfin Lied. Even though the sotry is completely fake. The killing of people is actually happening right this second in Iraq or Iran. If world peace is achieved, which it won't - the killings would stop.

This is a marvelous wall. You captured Lucy's essence really well by placing her amidst a dark, gothic background. Everything is very balanced, the scan retains its high quality yet has been altered enough to make it fit in with your vision. Definitely a favorite, this is one of the best I have ever seen!

I as so impressed with all original ideas that i find on this site. This is one off them. It does need a little more. Maybe some other cards that show her personality. A joker for Mu and a King for when she is on killing spree.
