Good work, but I don't see any difference between the two versions. I see you changed her face from what it was like in the original. I honestly think the original expression looked much better for the pose, maybe you try doing a revision that uses it instead. Also, a png with a transparent background is always appreciated.

I agree with Ruiza, Kallen herself looks good, her pose is sexy and her hair looks good. But the face she's making (her mouth) looks weird.
