So many worthy victims from Psycho Pass, but I had to make Kagari Shuusei my first. His seiyuu is Ishida Akira after all. Vector of the bg from the official site for Kagari's character page. Anyways this took far too long to complete thanks to work. And long shifts and well tiredness. Almost didn't finish it to be honest.

Pretty good vector, outlines are nice but I feel like it could use some shading in some parts, looks a bit flat right now. Especially his face. Still, good work overall.
