Hello everyone ^_^...
Finally after a long time I posted something here...I work on many wallpapers and vectors at once and I never get to finish them...I started this vector about 2 months ago and I finished it only now...well I hope you will like it...^_^...
The program that I used is Inkscape... Here is the original scan that I use: Multi-color
All suggestions are welcome and see you next time :D...Credit if used...

Nice vector. I think you did a good job extending her sock/toe.

I feel really torn looking at this. The original is one of my favorite scans ever. I'm really glad someone vectored it...but on the other hand...I really feel that it's lacks something that the original has. The colors just aren't as vibrant and it doesn't POP like the original does. The skin doesn't have a healthy glow and shine to it and her eyes don't seem like they are glowing in a sunset or something. Now...I know that sounds bad, but it really isn't a bad vector. You just chose an insanely hard image to vector I think. The linework is very well done, which is something I noticed back in the first vector that you ever uploaded on this site. A lot of the shadows and shading are well done too, if you just look at the vector. Like I said, I am really torn.
The main part I don't like is the change in the shine/highlights on her skin...her skin looks a bit bland overall to me in your vector. Anyways, good work making it is good as it is. I really love the original though, I swear I probably spent hours looking at it...so I am very critical haha!
Edit:fixed typo

First off, I must commend you for choosing a scan from CUTEG as your vector. Her works carry a unique style that I find difficult to reproduce as a vector. That said, it seems you've taken a simplified approach to this vector and have omitted quite a few elements which made CUTEG's art so outstanding. While one can successfully simplify their vector and still produce something attractive, I'm afraid your vector hasn't been able to do that. While the vector itself looks good in its own rights, when compared to its source, it falls flat. The majority of the faults have already been pointed out by acid. What I want to put my emphasis on is how you've went about with your planning. Judging from your techniques applied, it feels as if you've tried to preserve its faithfulness to the scan. Trying to do this with difficult sources usually only has one of two outcomes; you're either successful or you're not. It's very much of a hit or miss case making it risky. The biggest faults lie in how you tried to replicate the gradients and shadows. While I do acknowledge that these are very tricky, I don't appreciate them being applied "half-assed-ly". I apologize if I came off too harsh but it really irks me to see people produce a vector of lower quality than its original (I admit it has happened to me before). But please do not become discouraged by this and I wish you luck for your future projects.

This girl is so cute and I think you did a really great job with her! I would like to be so skilled in vectoring 'cause I use them a lot for some stuffs of mine and I know how having a good vector is important. I also love the colors, they are very bright.

This is gorgeous! I like so much girls with orange/red hair and aqua eyes, so this can't be an exception. Compared to the original one, this is sharper, with a more distinguishable lineart, while the original has softer colors. I personally prefer the original picture, but this is a very good job, too.
