i like akane. this wallpaper is very clean cut! there's really no flaws to say to this simple made wallpaper other than the feeling of getting out of school man! i'm ready for school to be over! the perspective is pretty decent,but i like the scan. it's soo clear and perfect! good job! *FAVS*

But even so, this little simple pic of Akane is very sharp.
What would have been cool was, since you stated that you wanted Akane to be facing Ranma walking up on the ledge of the wall, you should have casted Ranma's shadow on the ground. It seems that the sun is setting in that direction where it could have worked. :)

Akane is usually seen as more masculine.. and I really like this wall because she's in a dress, and shows the cuteness that Ranma is always denying. :P From the wall, I like how you chose a scan that looks down on Akane, as if viewers are seeing from Ranma's perch on his fence.

Aww... Akane is so cute! I like the scan you chose, and you blended everything together pretty nicely. Her feet look a little odd, though -- out of place. And I think there's a bit of brown on her left shoe -- her left, not my left.

All in all, though, very nice -- especially because she's my favorite character in that anime *squee*

I love this wallpaper! This was a good scan to extend, the title totally makes it. The tiled squares are nostalgic and invariably reminds one of Japanese grade school, and by extending it and making it expansive you really do get that sense of freedom and the joy that comes from being free from school! Another reason this scan was a good choice for the theme would be the billowing skirt, book bag, and the shadow of the tree; it gives one that feeling of summer heat tempered by soothing breezes. I can all most see the outline of the tree slowly weave gently back and forth in the wind. And I really liked your choice of font for subjective reasons; for some reason its the font that seemed to be on all my old stajiki's and it has ties with past days of school and studying which is perfect for this theme.

I liked the suggestion Madwon made of putting in Ranma's shadow in somewhere, it would really solidify that sense of her looking up at him if that was the intended effect. Because this wallpaper is about Akane, maybe keep the shadow very subtle, maybe just a trace or hint of an outline of braided hair near the bottom right, so small that one would miss it if one didn't look for it.

Also, I can make out a bit of an outline where the original scan ends and the "extension" begins. If you were to smooth that out a bit and have the gradation from the darker tan / brown to the lighter yellow a bit more less noticeable, I think it would greatly mask the effect.

Overall this is a great wallpaper, reminds me of running all the way home from school on the last day of school and the first day of summer break!

Ahhh what a nice wallpaper! Im a big fan of the manga and the anime and I like seeing Akane when she isn't smacking Ranma in the face. This reminds me of watching the OAVs again. Simple, clean, and cute! Good Job!

Akane always knows how to shut Ranma down all she does is to get angry.Her father promised her to Ranma without her knowing and ever since Ranma and Akane lived together they had a hard time bonding and that hard time is something called "funny" ^_^

Wow, very nice extension! The extra space is very open and uncluttered but not completely empty.

I like the idea that she's talking with Ranma, but I doubt she'd look so happy! :P I think for that idea to work better, maybe you'd have to calm down her hair and dress. (But that's a lotta work.)

Ahhhhhhhhh the Classic Anime, they still show it on Animax, i have dubbed quite alot of the episodes. i used to love it and still i still do, great wallpaper, really since there arent many ranma wallpapers, this makes it even more great.
