I've never seen Black Lagoon (or even heard of it for that matter), but I caught this paper from the main page. There isn't much to this, but it is very artistic. I'm not sure if this was part of the original images, but the glowing feathers is a beautiful touch.

oh yea, ze 3rd black lagoon wall the concept is awesome and yea, looks like a floor the feathers are the best part, but all is done properly except for the central part: the shells the vectored lines arent precise enoug and you forgot about the percussion caps (and text) which should be located on the bottoms of the shells... bullets like these could be used as nails at best im not quite sure bout shapes of the shadows either the font and text are swell this is a very cool attempt, but the shells bother me too much

Yea, It looks liek a floor, definently. This wall. excerts alot of emoticion which i like.^^ It leaves a sense of emptiness, like someones just been killed or something. I like it alot, excellent work on the vectoring and nice quote. Keep it up. =)

I really like this wall. The combination of feathers and empty bullet shells really give this wall a forboding feeling like something's gone very wrong. You also did an excellent job with the placement of the text and choosing the right font to use. That's something normally overlooked in it's importance and you did a fine job of it here. Congratulations on a job well done! ^_^

I have to agree with Meth-anE on the feathers. Some blurring or touch up would be even better. The shadows and light on the corners were what really attracted me to this one.

The things I like about this wallpaper is the floor, and the feather, its soo Good.

I havent seen Black Lagoon either..xD but theres no char! so it doesnt really matter.

Its not the best wallpaper BUT it does have a look about it, which is good.I dont think that there couldve been anything else added in the make it better so Great work!.

I really like it, but I would have said the shell casings could have done with a little more work - they need to be rounder, and the lines jut that little bit cleaner. Shell casings are pretty symettrical and "perfect", cos they're involved in such a dangerous thing - you wouldn't want them jamming or misfirring all the time :). Also, the shadows don't feel right - like they needed to better match the shape of the shells and the edges be fuzzier.

Haven't seen Black Lagoon, but I really love your wallpaper. The shadows, the colours, the textures -- everything just fits. And it's a nice change to see an anime related wallpaper without any anime characters.

The mixture of the images was well placed in the anime and manga and you take great advantage of their evocative nature in this piece which I enjoy thoroughly. It does look like a floor though only after you mentioned it did I think about it, but that was my assumption from the begining. Awesome paper and a great piece of art.

First thing a thought when looking at the thumb was that it looked like production art for the companies own wallpaper. Your use of lighting in the image is wonderful just like the ending to each episode, light seeping into the darkness. Just like Revy's personality as Rock changes her out look on her own life.

Such a simple and powerful image. I like how the black coloring in the corner seems to be where the feathers are drifting to.

Excellent texturing on the floor; it really looks like it. The feathers are beautifully implemented. The bullet shell's shadow doesn't look real, though.

Red Faction from the OST, was an amazing .mp3. This wallpaper is making me think it's the soundtrack's cover. The feathers of innocence over the shells of crime. Very well done as expected from Chloe-chan! Wish the dimensions were bigger like; 1600 x 1200 + but still Great job!

I think it's simplicity is what makes it beautiful. I really do enjoy the feel of this paper and it also is a strong resemblance of the soul of the anime.
