The character looks great, but the BG is so plain, especially since you can do a lot more. You might want to try something, like a simple pattern (like from a patterned komono, etc) just to add some detail and depth.

I always find the smoke and the other stuff at the background a bit distracting, so it's nice to see a wall with a simple background that can put the spotlight back onto Yuuko-san ^_^ good job, i really like this wall!

To the wallpaper, it looks pretty good and I like the new color you gave to Yuuko's dress. I think you might have added something behind her, like some flower/plant decoration all around her (still leaving the rest of the wallpaper area blank) to make it a bit more interesting. I am not exactly convinced by that texture though. :\

Amazing vector [well, as usual from you x3] even you take the smoke and the lotus from another scans, they look very awesome together like there were part of the scan since the beginning, the coloring in the smoke is good and dont look like just gradients and brush. Simplistic for the eyes but with a lot of work and small details that make it outstanding.

You did an AMAZING job on the vector. I've been looking for some good scans of her and they are all pretty hard to work with but this looked as if it was a piece of cake for you. I absolutely love this wall. (I think I've had it on my desktop for two weeks, a record for me! ^_^;;) I absolutely love the lotus blossoms, especially using them instead of Yûko's usual pipe. Maybe that's because I just finished reading Homer's Odessey, and the lotus blossoms they come across have hallucenogenic properties.

Neat wall! I really like how proffessional the vectoring looks because it respects the attractiveness of the wall. But, I would change the light blue (or whatever) coloring on the fingernails and change it to a different color like white, gray, or maybe black. Aside from this minor flaw, it is really good! Nice job:-)

I love the pastel tones. That's a pretty and unique picture of Yuuko, too, and this dismiss any kind of text or effects, 'cause it's very pretty.

yuuki is very beautiful for sure. lotuses match the atmosphere well.

I love this wall. Yuuko is such as great image to start with. My only critiques are on a few of the colors . For some reason I get distracted by her blue finger nails. I don't think that the color goes with the rest of the work. I also couldn't really see Yuuko wearing that color, (but it might just be me). The only other color I didn't like was the yellowish gradient that you used near the bottom and again in the middle of the smoke. Here again, I just feel like the color doesn't work well with the rest of the piece, even though it does seem to be closer to the overall pallete than the blue.

beautiful picture, but i barely knowtised she was wearing a dress. >,< maybe rethink the background color. Just a bit. And although random floating flowers amongst smoke is super chill, maybe try incorperating other random, but similar things into the picture as well. The smoke allows for a watery feel and the flowers accentuate that. Go with it and it will be great. :)
