I like the overall style in this wallpaper. It looks all very clean but with the water and the text there is a good balance. The only critique: The NERV building looks a bit out of perspective.

Favourite part of this wall is the background and the landscape. I love the Nerv logo you put by the pool. The water's good but might be a tad bit extra on realism, which sort of "argues" with the land/bg around it.

the chibis look great, the water is unbeliveble [meshes?], and the background -- gawd, this type of hills a superb...

Very interesting! I loved these chibi's that you used on this wallpaper, (they are so cute! especially Asuka) and for the background... I think the mountain and the plain looks very ... in a sense (hand done) and that I will have to comment on, it would have looked better if you try using some other background style, surprising thing is that the water was actually done very nicely (with the same technique as you used on the background) and the shadows of the characters and on the floor is done very nicely. Putting those aside the vectoring of the characters are very nicely done, very clean and clear, I must say that they are the most detailed in this wallpaper (apart from the water, which is also very detailed) So here are my suggestions, leave the characters as it is and work on the background again, I'm sure you would do a nicer job than this Keep it up!
