Breatheless. That's how I felt when I saw this wallpaper. You just keep impressing me everytime man. I only have one very very small complaint: I find Kira's left eyebrow to be a tad bit too black (excessively saturated) and 'wide'. If you corrected that then this wallpaper would be completely flawless. :)

The pain staking attention to detail (the chain, the shadows/lighting in the background) makes this vector truly stand out. Black and White suits the Death Note theme indeed. I wonder how painting progresses?

Amazing! I was actually considering of making a death note wallpaper since there aren't many out there. But this one is the best one. Death note is one of my favourite manga and this wallpaper is just the perfect wallpaper for me to have it on my desktop. Always loved your style with wallpapers. Love the hair and the colours, they're look so incredibly sparkling and blurry-like. A definitely favourite for me! A truly amazing wallpaper! Keep it up and you'll probably go down into history as one of the best wallpaper makers.

I just started reading tbe Death Note manga yesterday and I love it so much! I logged on, on a mission to find some kick ass Death Note walls, but I didn't have to look far! I love the contrast between the black and white! No one ever said that you need lots of bright, in-your-face colors to make a great wall like this one.

Ah, what a interesting and new wallpaper. The black and white colors make a good combination in between. The concepts look very similar to shading techniques. The two characters seem to have different emotions and side. One side side feels sorrow and anger; while the other feels happiness and pleasure. Keep the work and effort up!

OMG This is soo nice! I saw the little jpeg of this and HAD to click on it. I love black and white style. And this was one of the best one out there I have seen created. The slight glow off the girl was a nice and wisly added touch I think. Why shouldnt she get it, she is the nicer looking one ^^. Which also make the guy more gloomy, wich is great.

Alright... I'm really late in commenting this, partially because I got tired shutting down and up my firewall, so I may only checked in weeks once for wallpapers.

Personally, I really don't like black and white wallpaper. But as always, I believe you changed my opinion... Not that you banished my dislike of BW wall, but this one is one out of thousands BW wallpaper that might attract me.

I think the contrast did its work, and I do not think it needs any altering. Kira looks evil and dark, Misa, on the other hand, is glowing. And I do think the theme suits them. Though Kira looks a little bit really evil in a way. Plain background with a little bit transparancy to show the lines of the note books. Amongst all of those, I guess the one that makes this wallpaper what it is are your shading skill. There's so much details to Misa's hair and multiple strands of hair visible on both Kira and Misa's hair. I can't believe how long did you do that...

Anyways, as usual, you have met my expectation and great job. Keep it up! This will go to my favorites.

unbeliveable great, 1 thing im still not sure about tho. on the white side theres a back ground ( a building a belive?) but on the black side its just black... but its kinda make a nice void

Wow, this really is very nicely done. I know that you went for the whole black and white motif and it worked out great! The vectors are just jaw dropping. I love how gorgeous Misa looks and Light looks awesome too. Also, I think the b&w really captured the essence of the two different kiras and their intentions with the death notes. I really like the atmosphere. It's very gothic and dark. I love the contrast between white and black or shadow and light. Characters are really great. It reminds me of yin and yang.
