Well, to be honest, the trace seems a little flat, and the background isn't much to root for (but then again, mine are never very good, either). I don't know if the screencap you used looked this flat to begin with, but yeah, it's a little on the flat side. It could use a whole bunch of shading.

You might want to try to do your next vector using dynamic lines, too, the trace usually looks a whole lot better.

It turned out pretty good despite the fact it came from a screencap. I can't say I've had the same luck. :D
