Yo. After watching 3 anime series (Hellsing, GunXSword, Gungrave) I decided to make a wallpaper tribute to each one.

This is the first wallpaper out of 3. Nice and dark for all you people who cringe at the sight of first dawn, plus lot's of icon space with some nice subtle additions.

I kept the chalky-texture of the scan all across the wallpaper which gave off a nice effect in the long run, 'cause solid colors are just plain ugly in wallpapers like this.

I don't see anything wrong in this wall, a tad bit plain but overall a great piece but thats also what makes this wall unique in its sense especially because of the texture of the wall A bit over-use of the eyes i must say, good luck on your next wall =P

the colours could be more vibrant (this is showing up on my monitor as not a black but more a dark, dark gray background) but other than that, an eerie wallpaper. i like the use of the out-of-place font in this one too, the round 60's style techiness of it works well with the wall for some reason. well done.

You accomplihed your goal of trying to make this wallpaper a dark and dim manner. The left section is a bit plain, but you have some artistic qualities. Keep the work and effort up!

Simple, but nice. I like the fading effect you used on the scan, it makes it look like it was air brushed :)
