The scans are very nice and cute but I think you should have put that texture/blue colour on Kasumi too. Some of the outlines around the characters are a little pixelated/unclean. The background is very pretty and well made, it goes so well with the scans. The bubbles are awesome :) The colours of the background are dark and lovely... Good work with shadings and re-drawings!

Nice soft color style. Slight bit Grainy looking, and probably would have looked better with sharp bright colors, but still a rare Poketo Monsuta wall ;) Gotta DL'em all. :P Gonna give this a fave because I like it.

Not a Misty fan, but I must admit she looks pretty cute in her mermaid form :P The visual water effect looks very good, too, though the other graphical elements look too realistic for the pic. They don't look bad, but it loos overall strange :) Oh, and good to see Pokémons in the picture! Needs more Psyduck and Magikarp, though ;3

Although the characters in the WP looks a bit unnatural in the underwater effect but the watercolor effect looks great.

Hmm... I think the scans are cute. Maybe you should add some texture on Kasumi coz she doesn't seem to blend much. The sea background is attrative and it goes well with the scans. But some scans are unclean. But the colors are lovely.

the images isnt that sharp but i guess that to give it the effect of beain under water. it looks more pastely to me. but the pokemon choice was great.
