This wallpaper is of a different style than the previous one that I had submitted, so I'm not sure of how people will react to it. Anyways:
Dimensions: 1024 x 768 Layers: 10 Time Spent: Approximately 2 hours, plus touch-ups
The background here was a little complicated to make, but I'm relatively happy with the turnout. It started as a completely black background, with a very narrow, yellow gradient which you are still able to see among the brushes and other effects. Behind Saber's head, there is a lens flare which really brightened the background, making it stand out a bit, as I had intended.
I used two sets of fractal brushes on top of the background to get the final result that I have now. The first set was done in black, which were very harsh-looking brushes. The second set were the softer ones, and are most visible on the wallpaper.
The render was placed on top of the gradient, with the fractal brushes sort of 'flowing' out from behind the two characters. I wanted it to look as though Rin and Saber were sort of caught up in the fractal brushes, so I did two things: Feather the render, and apply a layer mask to blend the edges of the characters into it. And, I used the fractal brushes on top of the render to get the intended effect. I did not brush extensively, as it would have immersed the two characters, and made them less visible.
The logo is, well, simply the logo of the anime. Because the background is black, there was no need to extract it. Lucky for me xD
The left side of the wallpaper was left completely black as a help to the user, giving them a place to put their desktop icons without having to avoid the characters. I've tried this using the wall, and I must say, it looked pretty cool ^_^
I am a fan of Fate/Stay Night, and wanted to make a wallpaper about it. I am really impressed with what other artists have done with their FSN walls; they are really amazing compared to mine xD I wanted to showcase these two characters in a different way than those already done, so yeah...I hope you like it.

It's a good wallpaper and i like it but why did you stopped the background in the left part ? I think it's a little bit empty with only the symbol in the bottom left. I think rin is a little bit too down looking saber and the above rin's head is a little bit too shiny. Anyway, good job.

Nice work. I like how you kept the left side dark for the icons. Looks great on the Desktop.
I just wish that some of the Wallers here would start putting RIN and Rider together in some walls. That would be the dream team. ;)

Black and blue-white divided/shared. And the swirls. *confused* And the logo you've put alone in the black side is suitably. Uhhhhh......
And the edge colour/color is a good contrast results in it from Saber's and Rin's their clothes. Brightens colour/color in black colour/color. =)

Why not add as +FAV ourites?^^ Of course, I've added this as my favs xD.

hmm, your choice on scans aint too good... at least not here tohsaka looks... umm, pregnant? and saber is rather chubby too the bg is nice, not too complicated in theory, but just looks swell so who cares... all fits... except for those charas, eww

Pretty good wall. I just don't like the black part on the left side. I agree with a previous comment saying that it feels a bit empty over there. The blue part is nice but feels kinda cut off with that black strip on the left.

Very nice. The Cinderella Mythology artwork is some of my favorite Fate fanart, so I'm glad to see it used in a wallpaper. Furthermore, the red and white go nicely with the blue you added. Also, the black bar here gives it that standard Fate wallpaper look, and is a good touch. Great work.

Hey, good wall! I really like the background coloring 'cause it enhances the the characters. I would only expand the blue background, if anything, because it looks incomplete. I still like it though. Good job:-)

This particular WP reminds me of some of the TYPE-MOON official Fate/stay Night WP they have. Nice work on the BG and love how it blends with both of the characters. Rin and Saber in Chinese traditional attire appeals the eyes of most of the fans xD

Nice wallpaper! I like the effect of the light swirling around Saber and Rin. Leaving the left side of the wallpaper dark looks good! Makes the icons stand out on my Desktop. A really great wallpaper!

Cool wallpaper, though I wish the resolution was a little bit bigger. And I thought you leaving the left side black for desktop icon was clever, but didn't work out too well for others (reading the previous comments). Other than that, I love the how the scan of Saber and Rin fitted well with the abstract background. Nice work!

both of them are cute.. and the use of background able to upgrade the wall because i saw another wall using the same character but the effect is not as good as this one.
