I don't really like that light-thing on the left side. It looks sort of random. I don't think the words should be in front of her either, I almost didn't see them. The extraction can be a little better too. But overall, it's good for your first wallpaper.

That's a nice first wall you have there. I like the colors and their blending. I do think that the scan could have been extracted better and I'm not sure if that light thingy on her left is really necessary. Actually, I think the wall would look better without it that light thingy in it at all. The scan looks a little dull and could be better blended in with the background. Those are the only critiques and suggestions I have. That aside, the background is pretty to look at. Good job with that. Overall, it looks good for being your first wall. I hope to see more nice works from you. Take care.

I love pink!

the only suggestion I have is place the text somewhere in the negative space around her. It's a little hard to read with it on top of her. At least that's how it looks on the thumbnail.

I love the colors here. Very beautiful. The background reminds me of a nebula. Matches the scan perfectly.

While I like the font you chose for the title text, I don't like the placement. Could have been more effective on that front. Also, the image is a little dull when compared with the background nebula (which is very very shiny). So, I would probably have tried to either make the girl more sparkly or the background less sparkly.

Overall, really wonderful work. I wish it was available in a higher resolution, though. ^_^

I must admit the coloring of the strands of hair is quite well done, and stands out, and enhances the character image. I have seen other scans of this character, and have a wallpaper using this character in a different setting, but I must this say this is quite an original and well thought out piece.
