like I said in another wall, automated effects aren't a good addition, get rid of the outer glow. Thats probably the main problem with the wall, although there are other minor ones, like overstocking and jaggy extractions. Fix the glow and it'll be presentable, the concept really ain't half bad.

hmm in need of a dark wall, this is pretty nice. I have to say though, that the glow..kinda ruins the effect for half. nicejob!

Yea,a lil bit too dark,but the overall mood is kinda good XD Yea,the Outer Glow of the tree in the fg doesn't look very good >.< AND... I don't know... There's something else... Lacus and the path she's walking on: there's a huuuge difference. Lacus is kinda glowing...surreal...eerie..and the path is very hard-looking,+ there's something wrong with the perspective between her and the path...and the tree in Fg. She's kinda too tall for the tree,considering the tree's thickness..and when you looki closer,it is only about twice as high as Lacus and this screws up the perspective. >.< Well,anyway,I like the mood ^_^ Fave. =)

Hm... I really don't care for the anime at all... but this wallpaper is good in my eyes. I like the background and I really like the glow even though there are people who don't. What I agree on is on the size: if it is vector art and if the stock photo permits it - please ;__; use a higher resolution. I hate to let my PC auto-upscale it. And yeah: the vector trace you did would have more details and be more interesting.

As to the logo: it looks okay but a repaint of the ground would look better in that place.

The concept is pretty cool and (sorry here) the thumbnail looks even more promising than the full-size wallpaper. Automated effects aren't all that bad if you know how to use them and if you know how to manually adjust them if you have to. Besides: in some cases you are bound to use automated effects because creating a similar effect manually would take ages...

Anyway: good work!

awesome job! personally i don't mind the glow. i think because it's become the norm not to use outer-glows is what makes this one nice. i'm sure there's lots of ways to make it even better but for now i think you did a great job on this! :)

Anyhow, you know my thoughts on this wallpaper and it's da love with the dark-ness with a Lacus wall. The atmosphere is there alright. I think the glow's fine since it gives a better atmosphere, or so I think =P

Tis a very nice wall. I think it's calm and peaceful. The purple to blue color does very well in this. If only our nights looked this beautiful.

I really enjoy how the character matches up with the scenery very well, however the vertical lights in the background are kinda off setting, like it seems like there should be more of a diffused light situation going on.

It's a nice concept. You could tone down the outer glow to a much more subtle effect it you just can't let it go. Maybe add a little bit of detail to all the objects in the scenery, like the tree and leaves, even if it will be dark.

Hmm I disagree with some of the other posters I liked the outer glow effect. It seems to and an ethereal feel to the wall that just appeals to me. I like the darker walls and this one is definitely beautifully done! Great work!

dark wall but pretty...love the blue stuff but not a huge fan of the outer glow (i think that's what it is) around the leafy branches of the trees. like the sky and the butterflies, the light and all, but i thought the incorporation of stock stood out a bit much with the ground she's walking on. not that it doesn't look nice but when my eyes fall on the ground, i'm jerked back saying, 'that's very very real but lacus is an anime character'. also, i don't think the logo's that...well, it takes a bit away from the great atmosphere present here in this wall.

Woooow, it feels like a fairy tale. I remember seeings this from the Clyne Faction about a year ago, and it still continues to amaze me.

Though, a small part of me feels that the glow around Lacus's silhouette doesn't really belong. It'd be nice to see her without that.

But even so, great glowy effects and outstanding background all together.

This is an absolutely wonderful peace of work. It's excellent. I can't see a flaw in it ^_^

I like the wallpaper but there are a few problems that prevent it from being a "great" wallpaper. The first thing that came to my attention was the outer glow, it looks really bad and its got to go. The second problem is that the path that the girl is walking along looks a little too narrow compared to the her body. Third, the big tree is a little bit blurry and in my opinion it is way too dark, and even though this is a dark wallpaper do you really think the tree should be black? The sky looks good though, and I like what you did with the butterfly. It sort of adds a magical feeling to the atmosphere. Good job on everything besides those flaws. Keep up the good work.

I've lost most of my interest in the newer Gundam series; however, this wallpaper is gorgeous. Lacus looks stunning, and her outfit reminds me of Diao Chan's outfit in Dynasty Warriors 5. The background really looks good too. I'm a big fan of the glow, and the trees looks really nice with the sea of stars above them. You did a really great job. I just with there was a bigger resolution.
