XD I'll only be repeating what everyone else has already said. This wallpaper is simply beautiful. I have another question for you. How long have you been drawing? I'm curious to know since I'm starting to get myself into drawing again. Got any pointers besides the ole "practice practice and some more practice" XD? I love the whole idea. This wall is really nice. The detail vectoring of the patch of floating land and the character really shine through and result in the large space surrounding to not feel meaningless and empty. It's as if the patch of land is floating on a gentle breeze. An awsome concept that resulted in a beautiful wall. I truely applaud your use of negative space. Simply wonderful work. +fav

Ohhh, theimage itself is nice. It doesn't clutter up the wallpaper without looking desolate and barren, which is something that is certainly hard to pull off. The extra space was handled well. It's not too cumbersome, but not empty. The colours are great too and it's easy on the eyes.

Hi. I love the wallpaper; it's one of the best I've seen. I think that great wallpapers are very effective at evoking a specific emotion in the viewer, and your wallpaper is a wonderful picture of solitude. The empty area around the floating island is one of your wallpaper's strengths, but I'd be interested to see what the wall would look like if the background was the sky, maybe with a few clouds. I suppose the problems with this idea could be that it wouldn't work with the color scheme of the island or that it adds too much extra detail and detracts from the focal point of the island. Anyway, excellent work, keep it up!

Compositionally though, it would be nice if you could somehow add a sense of visual depth to make it look a bit more like the island is in the sky. Maybe a little adjustment in the lines? Or some subtitle added element or two? I don't think it would take that much accomplish.

I like the colours you used on this wall. They give a very peaceful, floaty feeling. Very beautiful. I like more this than the original, because the original is very green. The blue colour gives to the wallpaper more life, with the green bottom, it looks more dark with less ligth.

Simply amazing. One thing I really love about it, is that it doesn't have text spattered all over the page. The cleanliness and simplicity of it really makes it shine.

It would be nice if the BG gradient could have more colors, when displayed on my monitor @ 1600x1200, you can vaguely see the bars between each color.. and that's kinda disappointing.

Not much criticism from me for this one. The blue version may be just a tad hard on the eyes after a while but you get used to it. I see you went for the whole background gradient style, it could use some adjusting, you can really tell where the colors shift in it. The self done part is outstanding, its high quality art at its finest. This wallpaper is worth it just to see the part you created, the tree is what really drew me to this piece of art.

Who knew emptiness and simplicity could have such a powerful effect? The design of this wall is absolutely ingenius and I give a thumbs up to the artist. It seems like the castle Laputa in Gulliver's travels except MUCH smaller and more lonely. I certainly would not enjoy staying up there. But it makes for a beautiful picture! Although I wish there are some clouds in it but maybe that's just too cliche.
