Yum. Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is just too good of anime. I can't handle it. This wallpaper is great, nice grunge work with an eerie mood that depicts what the show is about. I love how this wallpaper has the just-right amount of red in it, rather than over kill or whatever... which happens all to much. The text is kind of big, but I can't say it takes away from the overall greatness that auras around this piece. Great work!

YES I LOVE HIgurashi no nakur koro ni! PSYCHO GIRLS ARE THE BEST!! ne wayz the wall is damn good! I love the overall dark tone of it, scary and freaky :) Definitly fits the tone of the series. I like how Kei is there with his bat and the texturing around him and the dark brush work is just perfect! I love it! Next time do Shion or Mion heheh love it :)

This wall is so nice! Its theme of darkness can make you feel the dark side of the protagonist (with the sentence "Dead Angels Speak to Me Sometimes" make a viewer feel in the same way). One of the best wallpaper for Higurashi fans!

This definitely fits the feeling of the show. I love the background and how the whole thing fits together very well, while at the same time feeling chaotic and insane. This is an awesome wallpaper.

Red wrong, When i first saw this wall i didnt think i like it that much then i placed it on my wall and it looked great the scan and effects are very good quality love the words in the backing, Maybe there is a better text font you could of used. Still looks good though. "4*z" !Thank You! =3

Ok, this wallpaper here has the most cunning layout and filter design ever to be seen on a When Cicadas Cry wallpaper. It is just perfectly dark, red and rusty. Exactly the way I love it! And there is also fairly distinguishable Keichi, who holds a bat... Sweet!

Liked this anime and this character as well, also finished watching season 2 already. I'd say that the whole story or, let's say, set of stories that make it up are really awesome. But beware, it's not for the weak at heart. Well, this wall does give an impression worth keeping. If you would be the person in his shoes, in that situation, I think that you'll do more or something else much like what he's done.

Been using this as my background for a couple days now. I think it is really one of my favorite walls for this anime. The darkness mixed with the abstract makes for a creepy feeling that I got whenever I watched an episode. Good job :)
